LeBron James’ No. 23 Makes History In Cleveland

According to sales from Adidas and NBAStore.com from October 2014 through December 2014, LeBron James’ No. 23 Cleveland Cavaliers jersey is the most popular in the NBA.

James is yet to deliver a championship to the City of Cleveland, but the Cavaliers are No. 1 for the fist time in franchise history on the team merchandise list. It’s only the second time since his rookie season that LeBron James has had the most popular NBA jersey.

Western Conference All-Star vote leader and Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry made the leap from No. 5 to No. 2. The top 5 is rounded out by Oklahoma City’s Kevin Durant, the Lakers’ Kobe Bryant and Chicago’s Derrick Rose.

For the first time in their careers Portland Trail Blazers’ explosive guard DamianLillard (No. 11) and New Orleans Pelicans’ phenom Anthony Davis made the list.
